Freedom Bags

I'm pretty much a huge Tom Bihn fan. I think they make the best laptop bags in the world. However, I think their latest bag is just too pricey.

I love Tom's bags and I know every one I buy is going to give me a lifetime's worth of service, but this is too rich for me at US$220. Oh, and I think this whole TSA "you have to buy a new laptop bag for freedom" thing is absolute crap; I think it's pretty terrible that the bag industry is playing along, but whatever. My Id, Super Ego, and Buzz are still rocking and rolling.

I have never had a problem with my bag. I carry my laptop in a back pack with a slip in protective case for my laptop. When I go through security I simply pull my laptop case out and put it and the back pack on the belt separately. It meets the rules of the TSA. I bought this bag from Wal-Mart in 2006.
